From the street, the Silvertop Ash cladding sits in perfect harmony with the deep recessed entry door that creates a sense of arrival — a gentle transition into the relaxed and calm interior of the home. On the inside, you’re greeted with high ceilings and strategically placed windows that not only usher in plenty of natural light but also serve as engaging sightlines for the surrounding views.
The Silvertop House highlights everything you’d need in a functional and adaptable family home. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a separate study, and a living room - all encompassed by a versatile green space that gives you plenty of room for gardening and leisurely activities.
What’s more, our designs can be rotated or mirrored to suit a variety of site orientations and street frontages - without having to adjust the layout. Simply align the living space to face north, so that these areas receive the most amount of desirable sunlight.
As with all our sustainable designs, this modern timber clad house works hard to conserve energy at every level. It will effectively heat and cool itself, harvest its own rainwater and produce enough energy for a family of four — effectively minimising your energy bills in the process
The resulting design is an energy-efficient home that prioritises great design just as much as it values functionality.
